Highlights of the hotel’s commitment to their associates’ overall health and happiness include:

  • Physical Wellness: A service offering healthy food and drink options in daily meals enables associates to enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, smoothies, and herbal teas, boosting morale and highlighting nutrition. Another initiative highlights nearby exercise amenities, encouraging movement at work. Sheraton Saigon Sports Clubs, including Badminton Meetup, Football for All, Ping-Pong, and Modern Dance Steps, are popular among associates. Activities like a stair workout and morning group walk further promote an active lifestyle.
  • Mental Wellness: Various activities are offered to support associates’ well-being and help them stay calm in a fast-paced world. Yoga classes and Tibet Sound Therapy sessions, guided by mental health experts, help associates incorporate relaxation techniques into their routines. Relax Rooms and Calm Booths provide serene environments for associates to recharge. The hotel practices mindful breathing before daily stand-up meetings and offers deep healing music during sessions. The ‘Living Our Core Values’ training fosters a workplace emphasizing respect and belonging.
  • Financial Wellness: The hotel offers financial literacy sessions with experts and numerous financial benefits, including cash, gifts, and support for special events like birthdays and holidays. Associates can also receive incentives for meeting monthly goals.
     

The TakeCare program has significantly improved associate engagement and guest satisfaction metrics have exceeded goals. From January through October 2024, the hotel organized over 250 TakeCare-related activities, engaging more than 35,000 participants.
