In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our premises and in guest rooms. These include:
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting high-volume areas and regularly touched surfaces. Some of these areas but not limited to are the counter at the front desk, elevators, public bathrooms and guest room keys.
Housekeeping services: Cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place, related to room sanitization and disinfection after each guests' departure and before the next guests' arrival
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All food handler hosts wear PPE including face masks and gloves as well as additional PPE based on the activities they are performing and in adherence with local authorities. Guests are advised but not required to wear face masks and gloves in public areas. Guests who shows early signs and symptoms are required to wear face mask.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols
Room Sealing: All clean, sanitized and disinfected rooms are sealed immediately after service and before next arrival
Guest Services: Introduced measures such as contactless delivery to guests' rooms to minimize contact and reinforce social distancing.
Room Amenities:
- Magazines and Books have been removed from rooms
- In-room dining is available through contactless delivery.
- Sanitizer, face masks and gloves are available in each room
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room.
