Located on level one, all six rooms feature over 4-meter-tall ceilings and state-of-the-art audio-visual technology which is seamlessly integrated and supported by a dedicated on-site AV team. Designed with success in mind, all meetings and events are delivered by an expert events manager, there to tailor to your needs to create the perfect event assisted by our culinary team to design a menu that inspires and reenergises your delegates. Sir Charles Todd Ballroom

Our pillarless Sir Charles Todd Ballroom is perfectly suited for multiday conferencing and gala events, with over four metre high ceilings and striking arch lighting features. The Sir Charles Todd Ballroom can be split in two, or when opened to its fullest, can host up to 325 for cocktail galas or theatre-style conferences. State-of-the-art AV integration features throughout the space, with a 220 inch LED screen as well as a vertical sound absorbing partitioning system, allowing fast and flexible configuration to separate into two spaces.

The Archive Room is ideal for up to 120 guests cocktail or 80 on seated rounds – the perfect venue for exclusive corporate or social gatherings.
