The elegant Grand Ballroom is over 7,000 square feet and can host up to 800 attendees theater-style or up to 600 guests for a seated reception. The Grand Ballroom is perfect for wedding receptions, galas, keynote speakers, main sessions, and more. Outside the Ballroom is an expansive, 3,000 square foot welcome foyer to host happy hour, registration, or other pre-function events. The foyer contains exterior entrance doors separate from the rest of the hotel for easy parking and arrival for your guests. Your guests will really be impressed when our staff opens up a 30 ft secret door with direct access to outside from the ballroom. The door is large enough to drive a semi-truck through and makes for a true wow moment for wedding party entrances, farewell send-offs with sparklers, or surprise speakers or entertainment.

The 3,000 square foot Naper Foyer offers plenty of pre-functions space for event registration or happy hour. Right off the Naper Foyer is a spacious outdoor paver patio with lush florals and greenery.
