WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio
Take your cardio to a new level with a jog on the treadmill, a ride on the recumbent or upright bicycle, or an energizing stint on the cross trainer.
Perched on the 32nd floor, a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows frames inspiring views of the Dallas skyline while keeping the WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio bright and airy. Open around the clock, our modern 1,800-square-foot studio features the finest exercise equipment from world-class brands, such as Life Fitness and Precor, appropriate for all levels of performance. Complement your routine with a power session on the weight machines or with free weights. Finish your workout on a mat, stretching away any muscle tension and stress.
Stay entertained with complimentary wireless High Speed Internet Access and TV displays on every treadmill and bicycle. Complimentary headphones, water, and running maps provide everything you need for an exhilarating workout.
Complimentary yoga mats for in-room use can be checked-out at the Front desk.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the studio.

The WestinWORKOUT Peloton allows guests to experience live studio cycling classes from nationally recognized instructors. They can even join in on over 5,000 on-demand classes on their own schedule.

Pool
Take in stunning panoramic views of the Downtown Dallas skyline while swimming in our indoor, penthouse level pool located on the 32nd floor. Open year round. Pool day passes are available on resort pass.

Westin has partnered with Strava to reimagine the Westin guest experience brand program, RunWESTIN. Guests staying on property can select a curated route that's recommended and planned by The Westin Dallas Downtown. Guests who are not Strava members the option to sign up for a 90-day trial which allows you to also create your own custom routes as well.
