We offer exclusive Concierge services to all our guests to help ensure a carefree and convenient stay. A general concierge desk is located in the main resort reception for Deluxe Junior Suite guests. Family Junior Suite and Westin Club guests enjoy dedicated concierges in their respective club lounges. There are also concierge desks located adjacent to the guest rooms.
Our professional concierge staff will be pleased to handle your dinner reservations on or off-site, confirm flight departures and transportation information, and more. We are also happy to assist with jet ski rentals and ATV tours, as well as other fee-based activities.
Our Activities Desk is on hand to help you organize your stay with a wide variety of resort-based activities that are part of your all-inclusive package. Taste tequila or sushi. Learn to dance or speak Spanish. Strengthen your core and balance body and mind with aerobics, Tai Chi, or yoga. Get family and friends to join in stimulating sports such as beach volleyball or pool basketball, or discover your surroundings with nature walks or bike rides. Offerings vary every day, so we recommend guests check the daily program and sign up for any activities of interest.
With three on-site tour desks, you can take advantage of a variety of activities during your stay. From full or half-day national park or canopy tours to ATV and sunset tours, there’s something for every activity level and area interest. Tour desks can be found in the main lobby shopping area, while one is located in the Activities Desk.
We are pleased to offer babysitting services (for a fee) in your guest room. Reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling the Westin Kids Club®. These services may be provided only to children who are at least 4 years old. Each babysitter can tend to a maximum of two children under the age of 12.
