Required Arrival documents in regards to COVID-19
Effective from 13 March 2022, travelers are no longer required to present a PCR test result upon arrival to the Maldives. However, All individual(s) except tourists and Maldivians are recommended to undertake PCR testing between 3-5 days after arrival. Travelers who have symptoms of COVID-19 may take an antigen test.
The online submission of the IMUGA Health Declaration Form via https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/ is mandatory both for incoming and outgoing passengers which should not be completed more than 48 hours prior to the arrival and departure to and from the Maldives.
The well-being of our guests and associates is of the utmost importance to us and we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate confirmed COVID-19 positive guests or guests showing symptoms of COVID-19. Guests will be solely responsible for bearing any associated expenses related to being confirmed as COVID-19 positive or having symptoms of COVID-19, including any quarantine requirements or flight cancellations. We encourage you to obtain information from the embassies and airlines for the latest travel advice before traveling and strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance cover prior to your departure.
