Diamond Ballroom: Provides 15,350 square feet, accommodating 1,725 guests for theater-style seating and 1,040 guests for seated banquets.
Pre-Function Space: Offers 1,045 square feet of space and is located on the third floor, enhanced by natural lighting from expansive windows.
Ruby Meeting Room: Offers 767 square feet of space and features natural lighting. Perfect for group collaborations, U-shapes, classroom and boardroom meetings.
Emerald Meeting Room: Offers 389 square feet of space, ideal for smaller gatherings. Accommodates 25 guests in a theater setup. Features natural lighting.
Sapphire Meeting Room: 1,443 sq. ft. Flexible meeting space. Natural lighting.
Minnesota Boardroom: 522 sq. ft. Accommodates up to 14 people in conference room set up. Ideal for coffee breaks and pre-dinner cocktail receptions.

Our name pays homage to our restaurant's surroundings, which celebrate the natural resources that make the area authentic to us - the cedar trees that populate our forests and the world's oldest stone that inhabits nearby Granite Falls.
