La Demeure

Privatize Your Parisian Hideaway. A place as warm and welcoming as your own home. La Demeure is our historical building that housed the orchid greenhouse of Alfred Nobel during the 1870s. This building overlooks an enchanting garden, and it can be fully privatized, allowing you and your family and/or friends to have an incredible and unique stay in the heart of Paris! Divide your own space the way you desire with 7 rooms and suites, two private lounges, and a privatized entrance. We can arrange each room the way you wish for it to feel homey, and for you to imagine yourself being home away from home.

Your Own Personal Hotel for an Exceptional Stay

With a total surface of 231m², La Demeure is composed of 3 rooms and 4 suites, including our biggest suite Magnolia, spread over 3 floors. All the rooms and suites have an exquisite view over the charming garden. The Junior Suites and Deluxe rooms are connecting on every floor for maximum comfort. You can leave the doors of all the rooms and suites open as access to the building is secured with a key.

Junior Suite Lounge Area

First Floor : 113 Sqm

With a total area of 113m², the first floor of La Demeure includes the Magnolia Suite, a Junior Suite, and a Deluxe room with a garden view. Our largest suite Magnolia Suite has an area of 52m². It is equipped with a king size bed, a living area, and an office area. It also has a charming balcony overlooking the Magnolia trees, allowing you to enjoy fully our beautiful sanctuary of natural beauty. The Junior Suite, with a surface of 38m², is equipped with a king size bed and a living area for extra comfort. The 23m² Deluxe room comes with a queen size bed and offers a nice view of the garden. The Junior Suite and the Deluxe room are connecting.

Magnolia Suite - Bedroom

Second Floor: 59 Sqm

The second floor of La Demeure has a total surface of 59m², and is composed of a Junior Site (36m²) equipped with a queen size bed and a living area, and a Deluxe room (23m²) with a view over the garden and a queen size bed. The Junior Suite and the Deluxe room are connecting.

Historic Building

Third Floor: 59 Sqm

The third floor has a total area of 59m². In this floor, you'll find a 36m² Junior Suite with a queen size bed and a living area, as well as a Deluxe room with a queen size bed and a garden view. The Junior Suite and the Deluxe room are connecting.

Garden View Guest Room

2 Private Lounges, Adaptable to All Your Needs

The 45m² Azalée lounge and the 20m² Kiosque lounge will be at your disposal throughout your stay. These two intimate spaces offer you an immersive experience in the garden with their doors opening directly to the blossoming magnolias. Your two private lounges can be transformed according to your needs, just tell us how you would like us to set them up and we'll take care of the rest.
