Proud host of DP World Tour’s, Mallorca Golf Open 2022. Golf Son Muntaner is a course designed to exceed your expectations. In 2016, an ambitious project was carried out by completely reseeding its fairways and greens, turning it into a course of reference for any golf lover. In 2009 Golf Son Muntaner was the host of the “Mallorca Golf Island Skins Game”, being the winner Jose Mª Olazabal. An extraordinary design, greens that offer continuous challenges and extremely detailed maintenance make playing on this course an obligation for golfers visiting Mallorca.

    Special recommendations are done particularly to visit the 5th and 6th holes, which have been redesigned following the original design, making the golf course even more competitive. In the second round, it is worth admiring “Na Capitana”, the oldest millenary olive tree in Mallorca and cataloged as a Singular Tree by the Local Government. Golf Son Muntaner focuses on excellence, featuring a practice area with driving range and pitching area as well as having the biggest putting green in the island. In addition, a Pro Shop is available for players, with the most prestigious golf brands.

    EMAS Certification

    Golf Son Muntaner has once again renewed the EMAS certification, which represents the most important distinction related to environmental management that can be achieved by a company in the European Union. Furthermore, all Arabella Golf golf courses have achieved the ISO 14001 certification due to an excellent environmental management system.

    Son Vida

    Golf Son Vida is the most traditional and first course in Mallorca and a legend among players from all over Europe. This prestigious course has hosted on two occasions the “Open de Baleares”, belonging to the European Tour. The first time in 1990 and the second time in 1994. Players of the size of Severiano Ballesteros and Barry Lane have played on this course. Its technical design, whose fairways run through the residential area of Son Vida require an intelligent game strategy. Soak up history by playing on this mythical course.

      This is the suitable golf course for golfers with a great passion for history. For those who enjoyed the victories of Severiano Ballesteros, they will be lucky to play in a golf course in which world-class players have passed. In addition, Golf Son Vida is the perfect course for young golfers looking to challenge their talent; its design will put them to the test, hole after hole. Only a few courses can boast having held a European Tour event twice (in 1990 & 1994). It was in the former of these events that Severiano Ballesteros made history. The now legendary Cantabrian sportsman won the Balearic Open in the play-off at the 18th hole, a spectacular par 5. An incredible feat that is recorded for all to see in the Clubhouse at Son Vida.

      Golf Son Quint is the youngest golf course of the island, inaugurated in 2007. The long and open course allows a more extensive game, which makes members and beginners more than happy. Perched high on the hillside of Son Vida the course provides you with splendid views over the bay of Palma. A large variety of local vegetation creates an authentic Mediterranean flair on this modern and elegant course. Golf should be fun, without stress and pressure, enjoy a course that has been designed to relax.

        Golf Son Quint will certainly dazzle players looking for variety and something a little special. For example at hole 8, the highest point on the course, the tee-off faces directly towards Palma’s beautiful Cathedral. The well-placed bunkers will challenge even experienced golfers, and four different tee-box positions enable a variety of play. Players will especially enjoy holes number 8 and 17, from where they will get a spectacular view of Palma and its bay. However first they will have to dare the PAR 3 of the 12th hole in which they will have to overcome a beautiful frontal lake. For players with a strong drive holes 2 and 17 are recommended.

        Son Quint Pitch + Putt

        Golf Son Quint Pitch & Putt is a 9-hole course with all PAR 3 holes, the best way to learn golf. It's the only Pitch & Putt on the island, the design of holes 4, 6 and 7 will be a real challenge for the short game of any golf player. Beginners will enjoy the variety of holes and the game without the pressure of playing on a 18-hole course. Fun is guaranteed.

        Golf Son Quint Pitch & Putt is a golf course that provides fun both for golfers who want to improve the short game as to beginners. Players are encouraged to participate in the Pitch + Putt Challenge, which includes 12 tournaments, one per month. A good chance to prove one’s skills. The design of holes 4, 6 and 7 will mean a real challenge for the short game of any golf player. Guaranteed fun for everyone.
