Seville is a unique city, for its beauty, its people, its culture and especially for its heritage. Despite being a relatively small city, it has one of the largest historic centers in Europe. In every street, on every corner, we can find historic buildings such as churches or palaces. Some of the most remarkable buildings are: Los Reales Alcázares de Sevilla; a set of palaces of impressive Moorish architecture, the Cathedral of Seville; the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, the Plaza de España; which was the main pavilion of the Ibero-American Exhibition of 1929, the Archive of the Indies; where the documents of the Spanish empire in America and Asia are kept, and the Golden Tower; which was built in the Middle Ages to control the access to the city by the Guadalquivir river.
