Rental and Lease Information
Transient Slip Rental Information:
- Daily rate - $10.00/foot (length over all including aft platform and windlass) – minimum $200/night. Call for event and holiday pricing.
- Daily rate with confirmed hotel room - $7.00/foot – minimum $150 (not applicable for events and holidays).
- Includes shore power* (30 or 50 amp) and water.
- 3-day cancellation policy or 1 night slip rental charged (small craft advisory exempted).
Yearly Lease Information:
- Monthly rate - $30.00/ft. (length over all including aft platform and windlass) $800 minimum PLUS $250 minimum monthly purchase at on-site food & beverage outlets – JW and MWS.
- Contract runs calendar year (30-day cancellation notice).
- Requires security deposit of 1 month rent and active credit card on file.
- Includes shore power* (30 or 50 amp) and water.
- Includes valet parking for one vehicle (additional valet parking pass - $50/month).
- 20% discount MWS and JW restaurant purchases excluding alcohol.
