Guests being relocated to Colony Club from The House will enjoy an All-Inclusive Plan. This plan includes,

• Afternoon tea and evening canapes offered daily
• Dinner served daily* from 7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• All Day Dining* offered daily from 12:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
• In Room Dining* from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a minimal delivery fee of BDS$20 for this service.
• All beverages on the All-Inclusive Bar List*, Coffee, tea & special coffees
• Stocked Mini-Bar (sodas & beer)
• One complimentary Jet Lag Revival Massage per guest per stay

*Supplemental charges will be applied to select menu items. Please note that Premium Wines, Champagne, Liqueur, Bottled Water, and the Rum Vault are not included in your plan, and will be charged to your room account.

Relocation to another hotel outside of the Elegant Hotels Group is not being offered at this time. In the event the relocation option(s) is not acceptable, the booking can be cancelled without penalty.

Yes, Positano will be closed from September 1^st, 2023, through November 2023. Positano will reopen at the end of November 2023.

Yes, select complimentary tours and activities will be offered at certain relocation hotels. Treasure Beach’s Art Crawl will be offered at select sister hotels. The House guests will be offered a Jetlag Massage, Champagne breakfast, and afternoon tea & canapes at sunset as included in the All-Inclusive Plan.

The water taxi will operate as usual during Phase One of renovations, with stops at Colony Club, Tamarind, Crystal Cove and Waves Hotel & Spa. For Phase Two and Three, the water taxi will continue to operate but it will not stop at closed properties. 

Guests will have the option to relocate to a sister all-inclusive hotel based on availability. Our Reservations Team will assist in providing hotel options and will honor the same rates as the original property booked.
