From February 27th to March 8th, St Regis Punta Mita offered 10 special dinners at the renowned Carolina restaurant and an Argentine barbecue at the exquisite Mita Mary – creating a unique experience for refined palates.

A jungle fine-dining experience explores and reinterprets flora and fauna of the Yucatan Peninsula by Chef Jose Luis Hinostroza.
The cuisine is an homage to local Mayan techniques and flavors, highlighting seasonal ingredients in a modern setting.
