The globally acclaimed chef took over Restaurant Carolina, a culinary experience organized by St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, blending local culture and terroir with Chef Colagreco's extensive experience and taste.
The takeover of Carolina restaurant by Chef Colagreco marked a unique opportunity for connoisseurs in the Western Hemisphere to savor his innovative and sustainable cuisine in one of the most prestigious restaurants at the resort, showcasing the best of contemporary Mexico. Led by Chef Alejandro Euroza, the team has created a series of seasonal menus that take you on a culinary journey throughout the country.
