Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators and staircase. We also provide hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.
Hotel Associates: We have increased associate health, safety and knowledge efforts, including hand hygiene protocols and specific COVID-19 related trainings.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
Room Amenities:
- Minibars - Sanitized and sealed
- In-room coffee makers & kettles are sanitized for your safety.
- Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
Housekeeping Service:
To respond to our already high standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize your room before your arrival. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room.
