Yoga Nidra Meditation
Done lying down, guests will be guided by a teacher into a state of deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra means “yoga sleep” and it is an effective meditation to relieve stress and meet the challenges of everyday living.
Historical Tours
Moana Surfrider offers historical tours around the hotel's historic sites. The guided tour is led by the resort's cultural advisor, who takes guests to exhibits and historic resort spots, discussing the rich history of the First Lady of Waikiki. Tours begin at the Moana's Historical Room on the 2nd floor of the Banyan Wing.
Hoala Sunrise Ceremony
Join us for the Hoala Sunrise Ceremony, a traditional ceremony of centering yourself and cleansing the mind, body and mind with the sunrise. Sessions are led by our cultural advisor and guests are invited to take a dip into the ocean if they wish. Held on the beach fronting the resort.
