Reservations by Attendees must be received on or before December 31, 2019 to receive the group discount, a limited number of rooms are available at group discount. Reservation cancelled or changes to the length of stay within 2-14 days prior to arrival is subject to a fee equal to one night’s room and taxes. Any reservation cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival is subject to a fee equal to the amount of the entire stay plus applicable taxes. This fee will be charged against the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
