Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to arrival, any cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be charged room and tax for one night’s stay. Card payment & Incidentals: Credit/debit cards will have an authorization hold placed on them at the time of check in for room, tax and incidentals. An incidental hold of $50.00 per night plus room and tax will be held on the card used at check-in. Incidental holds will be released on our end at check-out, however it can take up to 5-7 business days to see that reflected on the bank statement. Cash payment & Incidentals: Cash paying guests may be required to place a $250.00 hold for incidentals in cash or a $50.00 hold per night on a credit or debit card for incidentals.
