The rates include: Buffet breakfast at Porto Novo Restaurant; Wireless internet or by cable, in room and Hotel public areas; Access to Sheraton Fitness (open 24h); Check-in from 3 PM; check out until 12 PM; All accommodation rates include current VAT. A 2€ city Tax will be charged per person/night up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Guarantee and Payment Policies: All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card; at the moment of the reservation 2 nights will be charged as a non-refundable guarantee of the reservation. The client shall pay to the hotel, the total stay of every room that is not occupied at expected and reserved date (late arrivals and no-shows). Early check outs will be charged for the full length of reserved stay. All room reservations will be paid directly by each guest on check-out.
