89-46 days prior to the arrival date of the group Full cancellation of the reservation: a cancellation fee of the first (1) night will apply. 45- 8 days prior to the arrival date of the group Full cancellation of the reservation: a cancellation fee of the first two (2) nights will apply. 7 days prior to the arrival date of the group Full cancellation of the reservation: 100% cancellation fee will be invoiced for the whole stay. Any "No Show" room (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the foreseen arrival day), late arrivals or early departures will be invoiced 100% for the whole stay. This cancellation fees will apply to Credit Card given by clients once proceeding with the reservation. At the moment of the booking the hotel will charge the 100% of the stay in the credit card provided. The hotel will refund the deposit if the room is cancelled in case, it applies as from the cancellation conditions above.
