If you're in the mood for an indoor activity that makes you feel like you're outdoors, be sure to visit the UCI Arboretum. This 12.5-acre arboretum and botanical garden features plants from the California Floristic Province, as well as South Africa. Stop by Pao Fa Temple, one of the largest Buddhist monasteries and temples in the U.S. Or, venture to nearby outdoor shopping center The Market Place featuring over 120 stores and the perfect excuse for some retail therapy.
