You can visit the Katraj Snake Park, home to over 100 reptile species, or the Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum filled with artifacts that are up to 2,000 years old. Climb the steep steps leading to the Parvati Hill temples, the site of an art and history museum and some of the city’s best views. Tour the many art galleries convenient to our downtown Pune accommodations or see the Fire Temple, where a ceremonial fire has burned for more than a century and a half. For a more adventurous experience, go paragliding at Kamshet and hike the many nearby tekdi. The nearby Pataleshwar Cave Temple, built in the 8th century, is another sight to behold.
