Facundo Gallegos, named as Director of Food & Beverage in April 2022, oversees and leads the bar and beverage artistic journeys of the property including The St. Regis Bar and Arts Bar.
With more than 20 years of experience, Gallegos brings extensive industry knowledge and innovation to the hotel’s bar and restaurant scene. Inspired by Venice’s iconic cultural legacy, Gallegos and his teams create an experiential journey of the senses featuring hand-crafted, artisanal cocktails made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
With a classic yet multi-faceted approach to bartending and mixology, Gallegos named one of the top five bartenders at the IBA World Cocktail Competition in Beijing in 2012 as well as receiving numerous sommelier certifications.
In 2019, Gallegos returned to Venice to open The St. Regis Venice as bar manager and quickly earned the title, Director of Food & Beverage.
