Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay 

Located at the gorgeous waterfront of Marina Bay, the Esplanade – Theatres on the Bay is known for its distinctive twin shells which are likened to durian, a popular local fruit, also known as the king of fruits. Merlion Park

The mythical Merlion, with the head of a lion and the body of a fish, is a national icon of Singapore. The Merlion's body symbolizes Singapore's humble beginnings as a fishing village, and its head represents Singapore’s original name, Singapura, or ‘lion city’ in Malay.

Lau Pa Sat

Lau Pa Sat, or "Old Market" in the Hokkien dialect, used to be a wet market over 150 years ago during the times of Sir Stamford Raffles, the founder of Singapore. It has now been converted into a permanent food center; a famous gourmet paradise offering a large selection of local delicacies while retaining its classic charm.

The famous Chinatown Food Street is a local food destination located in the bustling cultural enclave of Chinatown. Amoy Street Food Centre

Amoy Street Food Centre is home to both traditional hawkers and modern fusion fare at affordable prices. You'll find a trove of traditional hawker stalls selling classics like fish porridge and lor mee (yellow noodles in a thick, savory gravy), and modern dishes like Singapore-style ramen at A Noodle Story — a Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded noodle dish that fuses Japanese ramen with prawns, roast meat and dumplings.
