We do not offer daily housekeeping. For longer stays, housekeeping is available every seven days.

 

No, we do not provide food and beverage options on-site. Our Mobile and Digital Platforms are available to support guests in experiencing local food and beverage options, and each unit has a full kitchen for dining in.

 

Yes, both a washer and dryer are available.

 

No, a lease is not required. You can book 1+ nights. 

 

While a host will be available on-site for check-in and check-out, we encourage guests to download and explore the Marriott BonvoyTM app to access recommendations from our digital concierge. 

 

 

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM

    

Yes, if you arrive before your unit is available or check out and want to explore some more, we do offer luggage storage.

Yes, you can earn and redeem points with every qualifying night at Apartments by Marriott BonvoyTM worldwide. Members earn 5 points per $1 on qualifying spend and 1 Elite Night Credit per 1 qualifying night. Please see Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules for full terms and conditions.

 

Late checkout at 2 PM is provided for Gold Elite members based on availability. For Platinum Elite members and above, 2 PM late checkout is guaranteed. In some instances. Platinum Elite members and above may receive a 4 PM late checkout based upon availability.
