To streamline your connection, you can register your electronic device Media Access Control (“MAC”) address with our Registry and associate your Marriott Bonvoy™ account number with your device. By electing to register your device, you are granting the Companies permission to use your device MAC address and Marriott Bonvoy™ account number as needed to provide this Service. At subsequent connection events, you can request that your device be removed from our Registry (and you must remove your device from our Registry before selling or otherwise transferring your device). You represent and warrant that anyone who uses this Service through any of your registered electronic devices has received notice of these Terms of Use and has agreed to be bound by them.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE, THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THIS SERVICE, OR WITH ANY PROVISIONS IN THIS LEGAL NOTICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THIS SERVICE.

The Companies respect the privacy of all users of this Service at Marriott and affiliated hotels. This Service does not correlate the user of the service with the sites visited or content viewed. We do record the room number of the user for billing purposes. The record of a specific name associated with that room number is stored in a separate database to protect the privacy of the user. A log of all usage activity relating to this Service is maintained for system performance and maintenance purposes and system security requirements. At some hotels, We provide users the ability to print documents or web pages while using this Service. While we take reasonable measures to secure the printer, because it is a shared printer we cannot ensure others may not see a document you print. The Companies will only disclose usage information without your permission when required by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to investigate or protect against harmful activities to Marriott’s guests, visitors, associates, or property (including this Service), or to others. A Marriott Bonvoy™ Member (“Member”) who books a stay at a Participating Property through a Marriott Channel will receive complimentary standard in-room internet access during the stay, and Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite, Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite, and Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite Members will receive complimentary enhanced in-room internet access regardless of booking method (collectively, the “Internet Access Benefit”), subject to applicable exclusions referenced at the website listed at the bottom of this paragraph.
