Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy™

Program Terms and Conditions Summary*

Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy (the “Program”) is a specialized product developed by Marriott International, Inc. (“Marriott”) and Spotnana Technology, Inc. designed to meet the travel needs of participating small to medium-sized businesses (“SMB”).
 

*This is only a summary of the Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy™ terms and conditions. SMBs and individual travelers employed by the SMB (“Travelers”) are bound by the full set of Program terms and conditions↗ (“Program Terms”), Marriott privacy policy↗, Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions↗ and website terms of use↗, as applicable.  

1. Eligibility:

For Businesses:

To qualify, an SMB must be a legally registered corporate entity or possess a valid tax ID number, business number, or other relevant documentation that demonstrates that the SMB is a legal entity.
• SMBs must apply and be accepted into the Program.

To be accepted into and maintain access to the Program, SMBs must satisfy certain criteria (“Eligibility Criteria”), including a minimum number of actualized room nights (“Room Nights”) and location-based stays (“Locations”). Marriott reserves the right to change Eligibility Criteria at its sole discretion.

For Travelers:
Travelers must be employed by an SMB, be registered by their company’s travel decision-maker, and be Marriott Bonvoy® members in good standing (or enroll in Marriott Bonvoy® at the time of registering for the Program).

2. Ineligible Entities:

The following entities and their Travelers are not eligible for the Program:

Large companies part of Marriott’s deployed or managed corporate account portfolio
State Owned Entities
Travel Intermediaries, such as Travel Agencies, Travel Wholesalers, Travel Management Companies, etc.

3. Initial Program Term:

Once accepted into the Program, SMBs remain part of the Program for a 12-month term unless earlier terminated according to the Program Terms.

4. Re-Qualification / Renewal:

After completing its initial 12-month period, each SMB is re-evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if it continues to meet Eligibility Criteria.

5. Access to the Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy™ Portal:

Once approved by Marriott, SMBs gain access to the Program’s platform (“SMB Platform”). This user-authenticated and password-protected portal provides access to Program rates (“SMB Rates”), online booking tools, and other travel management resources.

6. Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status Offer

SMBs will receive Marriott Bonvoy Elite Status, which they can assign to individual Travelers, upon reaching a certain number of annual Qualifying Nights (as defined in the Marriott Bonvoy terms and conditions) booked via the Program.
